Sunny Kiddo Care is an event promotion and coordination company. We plan, promote, and produce performing arts shows, sports and activity days, and community and school events for children and families. The Site provides information about these services and a way to contact us.
Sunny Kiddo Care provides event promotion and coordination services. We are not a licensed childcare, daycare, babysitting, or educational institution, and nothing on the Site should be read as an offer of those services.

5. Event participation & safety
The safety and wellbeing of children is our priority. However, unless expressly agreed in writing:
- Parents, guardians, schools, or organizers remain responsible for the supervision and care of children attending our events;
- Participation in performances, sports, and activities involves inherent risks, and attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk;
- You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements relevant to a child's safe participation; and
- We may adjust, postpone, or cancel an event for reasons of safety, weather, venue availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Specific safety rules, waivers, and responsibilities for a given event will be set out in the applicable event agreement.
6. Photography & media
Photographs or video may be taken at our events for documentation and promotional purposes. Where a child may be identifiable, we obtain consent from a parent, guardian, or organizer through the applicable event agreement or registration process. If you do not wish for you or your child to be photographed, please notify our staff at the event and contact us at contact@sunnykiddocare.com.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms;
